It is disputed whether the neutrality of this article is disputed

From the, "Sigh, can you guys agree on anything?" department:

Wikipedia has a page called, "Apartheid (disambiguation)". At one point, someone put a tag on the page indicating that the neutrality of this page is disputed (you know, one of those boxes that look like this).

To make a very, very long story short, someone who thought more favourably of the article removed the tag, and in the past three days the tag cycled on and off the article six times before an administrator blocked editing altogether on the page. The page currently looks like this. One user said on the Discussion page, "Can there really be a dispute over whether there is a dispute going on here?". I guess there can.
